This certificate confirms that Njoro Canning Factory (K) Limited (Canning and Processing Line) in Nakuru, Kenya, has been assessed and complies with the FSSC 22000 certification scheme (Version 6). The system integrates ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22002-1:2009, and additional FSSC 22000 requirements. The certified scope includes the canning and sterilization of ambient-stable fruits and vegetables such as beans in tomato sauce, sweet corn, pulses in brine, jackfruits in brine, and pineapples in syrup. The certificate is valid from 18 January 2025 to 31 December 2027, subject to satisfactory surveillance audits. It was issued by SGS United Kingdom Ltd, with the last unannounced audit conducted in December 2023.
