The Gulf region — the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain — is one of our most established export markets, particularly for our sterilized spice range. Dubai in the UAE also functions as a major re-export hub for the wider Gulf and even South Asian markets, so importers there frequently distribute onward into neighbouring Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states from a single landed shipment.
Demand across this region is driven heavily by the large South Asian and East African expatriate communities across the Gulf, alongside strong local retail demand for high-quality spice blends and canned goods used in everyday Gulf cuisine.

Halal certification is the central regulatory requirement across this entire region — all our food exports to the Gulf are supplied with halal documentation, and our steam-sterilization process for spices (rather than chemical fumigation or irradiation) is itself a point buyers frequently ask about, since it avoids substances that would be problematic for halal compliance.
Each Gulf state maintains its own food import authority — for example the UAE's Ministry of Climate Change and Environment / Dubai Municipality for goods entering via Dubai, and Saudi Arabia's Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), which requires product registration ahead of shipment for many packaged food categories. Import requirements differ enough between GCC states that we confirm registration and labelling requirements with each buyer before the first shipment to a new country in the region.
All shipments include FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, KEBS export documentation, halal certification, and a certificate of origin.

Most Middle East shipments route through Jebel Ali, Dubai — the region's largest transshipment port — even when the final destination is elsewhere in the Gulf, given the frequency of sailings and onward connections available there. Direct sailings to Dammam or Jeddah in Saudi Arabia are also available depending on order volume and buyer preference.
Because of Dubai's re-export role, some of our UAE-based buyers distribute onward into Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain themselves — if you are a new buyer in one of the smaller Gulf markets, ask us whether an existing UAE distribution relationship already covers your country before setting up a direct shipment.
